WGBH is currently involved in a large-scale Digital Asset Management (DAM)
initiative, comprised of two major tracks: 1) To work with our technology partners in the creation of a
DAM Reference Architecture: an innovative hardware and software solution that allows different components
to work together to manage a complete digital library (video, audio, text, etc.).
2) To implement a Digital Library at WGBH that will serve as a repository through which we
can search, retrieve, share, reuse and archive our invaluable content.
